This has been an exceptional week for me! First off, I was at #LondonFashionWeek shooting the luxury fashion brand Rohmir. I got to meet Olga Roh, fashion designer and creative director for the brand, shoot some reportage photography backstage, shoot the 'run through' and shoot the fashion show [from the sardine-like comfort of 'the pit' (lol)]
The SS19 collection is exquisite - a fairytale theme, contemporary dance and ballet, seamlessly choreographed to create a visual masterpiece!
The experience was absolutely amazing! However, just when I thought things couldn't get any better, well...they did! To my delight, my work was published in Friday's edition of the number one Swiss Newspaper, Blick, sharing the spotlight with the Dalai Lama, no less.
Unbeknown to me at the time, the show marked the return to the catwalk of former Miss Switzerland, Jennifer Ann Gerber, after a 17 year hiatus. Jennifer 'walked the walk', with poise and grace, and by all accounts made a triumphant return. It was as if she had never left!
As I finish writing this blog, it has suddenly dawned on me that I have told you three fairytales that came to life this week.
